Requirements

  • Experience in sales planning or analytics (supply, demand, sales analysis) from 3 years 
  • Higher education

Responsibilities

  • Communication with related departments and when approving updating forecasts 
  • Demand reporting, including assessment of forecasting accuracy and deviations, analysis of the causes of deviations 
  • Organization of cross-functional interaction to improve the accuracy of forecasting
  • Collection of analytical information on request
  • Control/forecasting of product residues

Product manager skin care

Requirements

  • Work experience as a product manager or developer of products of the Skin Care category (skin care, body care) from 2 years. We will also consider candidates with development experience from related categories (any FMCG products), provided they are interested in the market of care, beauty and health
  • Experience in product development "from scratch" to shelving

Responsibilities

1.Market analysis: 

  • consumer research

2. Development of new products "from idea to shelf":

  • preparation of work schedules for new products, control over the work of related departments

3. Working with the current brand assortment: 

  • preparation of assortment plans

Requirements
